Creating Lifelong Readers and Learners

Grandparents, parents, and caregivers will learn how choose the best books for young children (birth to kindergarten) based the child’s development, interests, and the knowledge of the reading process.

Marna Elliott has taught teachers, librarians and parents children’s literature and early language learning at area colleges and professional workshops.  She has a Ph. D in Educational Psychology and MLS in Information and Library Science.
