Homebrewing Craft Beer

You can brew your own Craft Beer at home! We will learn about the art and science of brewing beer from a home brewer’s perspective.  We will taste some homebrews in class as we talk about the supplies, equipment and techniques needed for you to successfully brew at home.  In our final class we will brew a batch of beer together.

MONDAYS 10/28-11/11 at PACC and SATURDAY 11/16 at the Instructor’s home

Brian Weir is a retired science teacher and former ice cream manufacturer who has successfully brewed hundreds of batches of beer over the past 6 years for family and friends.
