Along with preparing and shaping sushi rice, you will learn how to make inari (sushi and rice stuffed into tofu pockets) and temaki (sushi rolled by hand in the shape of a cone). You’ll learn to create the perfect accompaniment: a clear Japanese soup served with green tea and chopsticks.
