Class

Nigiri and Temaki Sushi     

This class is full, but you can join the waiting list!

Students will learn to make 5 nigiri and 4 temaki sushi with fresh ingredients and authentic techniques. Bring your favorite chef’s knife to prepare tuna and salmon to enjoy your sushi with Japanese soup.

Etsuko Kono is a native of Japan and worked in and managed many sushi restaurants in Hawaii for 20 years.
