This class is full, but you can join the waiting list!

Champagne has dramatically increased in price over the last few years.  Other parts of the world produce sparkling wines of quality.  Different grapes may be used but careful vinivication results in tasty wines.  Sample options from around the globe, all produced with Methode Champenoise.

Robert Peters has taught at the Main Line Night School, Temple University (Ambler Campus) and the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill.  He is a member of the Society of Wine Educators.
