SCOUTING FOR HISTORY WITH METAL DETECTORS

Registration opens Friday, January 31, 2025.

Get an overview of the history of the area, from the arrival of William Penn until the post World War II boom, with a perspective of interesting items discovered while metal detecting.  

THURSDAYS: SHHS Room 304 from 7:00-8:00pm

SATURDAY: Location TBD from 1:00-3:00pm

Kevin Connell has been metal detecting in the local area for the past five years, and has given lectures to the Swarthmore Seniors, local schools, and Scouts.
