Registration opens Friday, August 28, 2026.

After this class the only scones you’ll serve will be made from scratch by you and enjoyed warm and fresh, right out of your oven!  Learn how to make mouthwatering scones that will delight your family and friends – great for the holidays, special occasions or any day of the week. Students will enjoy freshly baked scones with butter, jam and tea.

Cindy Shaw’s memories of baking alongside her grandmother at her grandparents’ dairy farm in Paines Hollow, New York inspired her to launch Paines Hollow Kitchen in 2021.  The brand reflects her grandmother’s approach to baking: small batches made from scratch with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
