We will be cooking basic and simple recipes from the Middle East and Moroccan cuisine including hummus, eggplant dip, kofta (lamb meatballs) and baklava.

Loubna Lemgard developed her love of cooking in her native Morocco, where she was taught to put a meal together using whatever ingredients were found in the kitchen. Since coming to the US, she has opened her restaurant, LaCannelle in Wallingford.
