Registration opens Friday, August 28, 2026.

Champagne has dramatically increased in price over the last few years.  Other parts of the world produce Sparkling wines of quality.  Different grapes may be used but careful vinification results in tasty wines.  Sample options from around the globe and produced with the Methode Champenoise.

Robert Peters has taught at the Main Line School Night, the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill and Temple University - Ambler.  He is a member of the Society of Wine Educators.
