Participants will view six Woody Allen films, each of which examines his existential notion that life must have a moral basis and significant meaning. Films include: Match Point, Scoop, Midnight in Paris, Midsummer Night’s Sex Comedy, Vicky Christina Barcelona, and Broadway Danny Rose.

Instructor: Richard Monastra
Richard Monastra is a native of South Philadelphia with a BA in American History from LaSalle University and a MS in Economics from Drexel University, with graduate work in American History at Temple University. In addition to teaching those subjects in high school and college classes for 42 years, he has taught other social studies courses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
