This workshop is a follow-up to “Mini-Wall Quilt” workshop. Our project size is larger and creates a story, not just a subject. We will combine cloth and embroidery stitches to create a 16”x 20” picture quilt, suitable for wall hanging. Join us and together we’ll create a memorable piece of art. Students will provide their cloth selections. The instructor will provide project template.
Materials list:
- Felt sheets, various colors to illustrate the story quilt design
- Fat quarter of cotton cloth (we will discuss this during week one, not needed for the first session)
- Scissors
