- Class #50 · Health & Wellness
How do we navigate the years when we are growing older and our children are in mid-life? Generativity is the ability to know individually and collectively about the mutual dependence of generations and to understand our attitudes and beliefs about our families. We may have a view of the perfect family and feel we fall short. Why and how is conflict healthy? Can we be realistic and at the same time strive to heal painful aspects of our intergenerational relationships? The course will include lecture and discussion. We will create a “portrait” of each of our families, in all its complexity.
