THE KOREAN WAR

Registration opens Thursday, January 29, 2026.

The Korean War (1950-1953) was the first “limited” war we fought to protect an Asian country from a communist invasion. A dramatic swing from near failure to apparent success was followed by an armed stalemate, with continuing repercussions for countries most involved.

Paul Walsh has an MA from Temple University.  He taught history for nine years at Delaware County Community College and has been teaching courses for adult education programs since 2010.
