WASHINGTON AND OREGON WINES 

Registration opens Thursday, August 28, 2025.

These two neighboring states produce very different wines from various varietals, with growing regions on opposite sides of the Cascade Mountains. Discuss the different environmental influences that help dictate the grapes that are grown and sample the wines that are produced.
