THE NATURE OF CLASSICAL MUSIC – PART II

Registration opens Thursday, August 28, 2025.

NOTE: NO class 11/4 

We will continue to explore the impact that nature has had on classical music and its composers. Music written by Brahms, Sibelius, Stravinsky and many others will be featured, focusing on gardens, seasons, flowers and other pastoral scenes. Participation in Part I is not required.

Instructor: Bruce Bogdanoff

Bruce Bogdanoff was a piano soloist with the Philadelphia Orchestra.  He is a writer and editor of program notes for their student concerts and a founding member of the Rose Valley Chamber Ensemble.
